ULRIKE DETTLING, M.A., AAMFT-Approved Clinical Supervisor, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and senior faculty in the Counseling Psychology Department at Cambridge College. She has supported beginning and experienced therapists through clinical supervision and teaching for over 6 years. In her clinical, supervisory and coaching practice, her approach is to empower the people she works with to find their own, unique solutions and discover their strengths. She strongly believes in the power of support systems to create the life you want.

All the services listed below, except the monthly support groups, are offered as phone sessions as well as face-to-face encounters.

Coaching
Coaching helps you achieve your personal or professional goals with the least amount of effort and in short periods of time. Coaching is very focused and results oriented. Coaching helps you create a life of choice. Coaching is usually offered on a 3-6 months basis with 4 telecoaching sessions per month. Monthly Reiki/Healer Support/Supervision Group
This group is open to Reiki II and Reiki III practitioners. The group will assist you in your professional and practice development as a Reiki Practitioner, your personal growth on the path of Reiki and connect you with other Reiki/Healing Practitioners. Maximum number of participants per group: 6. Groups meet monthly on either Tuesday or Thursday evenings in Arlington, MA. Fee per session: $35.

Individual Clinical Supervision
Individual Clinical Supervision for Reiki Practitioners and other Bodyworkers and Psychotherapists is available by appointment. Clinical Supervision provides the opportunity to look at professional boundary issues, ethics, and emotional issues stirred up by your work with clients in a safe, confidential setting. Clinical Supervision will increase your awareness of your emotional reactions to clients and enable you to respond appropriately. Sliding scale fees: $70-95 for 50 minute session.

Individual Consultations
Individual one-time consultations on Practice/Business Development (not on clinical issues) are available on an as needed basis by appointment at the rate of $100 per hour.
